Kyocera TASKalfa 2554ci | Refurbished Color MFP

For day-to-day running costs on this machine, SOS lists the Superior TK-8375 compatible toner family as the supporting consumable set. It is a Superior brand compatible toner range for the TK-8375 fitment used on Kyocera TASKalfa 2554ci and 3554ci class devices — not Original Kyocera toner unless you specifically order OEM.

Available Superior TK-8375 colours on sosauh.com:

• Superior TK 8375 Toner Black – Premium Compatible for 2554ci and 3554ci

• Superior TK 8375 Toner Cyan – Premium Compatible for 2554ci and 3554ci

• Superior TK 8375 Toner Magenta – Premium Compatible for 2554ci and 3554ci

• Superior TK 8375 Toner Yellow – Premium Compatible for 2554ci and 3554ci

Published Kyocera TK-8375 planning yields (approx. @ 5% A4 coverage) are about 30,000 pages for black and about 20,000 pages each for cyan, magenta and yellow. Actual yield on a refurbished 2554ci still depends on coverage, duplex use, graphics and machine condition. If your procurement policy requires Original Kyocera only, ask SOS for genuine TK-8375K / C / M / Y instead.

Choose a refurbished TASKalfa 2554ci when you need colour and mono output with copy and scan on one device, but want a lower capital cost than a new A3 colour MFP. Typical UAE buyers include accounts teams, clinics, trading companies, education admin and corporate floors that already know the Kyocera TASKalfa platform and want SOS to supply the machine plus matching Superior TK-8375 toner stock.

If you mainly print black-and-white only, or only need A4, tell SOS — a mono MFP or compact A4 colour device may be a better fit. If you need heavy finishing (booklet, hole punch, high-capacity trays), share those requirements so SOS can check which options are fitted on the available refurbished unit. If you need a faster 35 ppm class device, ask about SOS refurbished TASKalfa 3554ci stock instead.

If you need a brand-new TASKalfa, a later 3554ci, or a different speed class, ask SOS for current alternatives.
